The USGA and R&A have completed the quadrennial rules review and effective 1 January 2012 published the 2012-2015 edition of the Rules of Golf. There are some significant changes. To assist all members in staying current on the Rules, your Executive Board will distribute one copy of the booklet to each current member of PMGA.
